Uni del Bonnesant comes from a very small plot of 312 vines located in the south-east sector of the Monasterio hill, at an altitude of 1,450 metres. High-density gobelet conduction. Organic vineyard, worked 100% by hand.
Malbec fermented with indigenous yeasts in used French oak barrels, with daily pounding. Total maceration time: 40 days. Ageing: 16 months in used French oak.
